Founded in 1995, Clean Quest provides comprehensive cleaning, property restoration, and biohazard removal services.

General Questions

Q. Are you insured and bonded?

A. Yes! In addition to workers compensation insurance, we carry a $1 million liability policy.

Q. How long after getting a consultation and quote will I have to wait for service?

A. Usually, we can provide next-day service. And in the case of an emergency, of course, we will respond immediately.

Q. Does anyone have to be present during cleaning or restoration work?

A. That’s your call. You’re welcome to be there while we work, or you can give us access and we’ll lock up when we’re done.

Cleaning Questions

Q. Do you offer housekeeping and/or janitorial services?

A. Yes! We can send a cleaning crew to your home or office every week, every month, or whenever your property needs a little extra attention.

Q. How is Clean Quest different from other cleaning companies?

A. We do it all — even carpets, upholstery, and ducts. We have added specialized services over the years to better serve our customers, so you can pick and choose what you need most. We’re also proud to offer guaranteed spot removal with our carpet cleaning. We’re just that good.

Q. How often should I get my carpets cleaned?

A. That depends on the circumstances. In low-traffic areas without pets or children, having your carpets cleaned every two years should suffice. However, in commercial spaces or homes with a lot going on, you may want to call us a couple of times a year.

Q. Do you use the carpet-cleaning equipment on furniture too?

A. No, we clean each upholstered piece by hand.

Q. How frequently do vents and ducts really need to be cleaned?

A. We recommend cleaning the ductwork every two to three years or following major renovations to remove construction dust and grime. Dryer vents should be cleaned annually — and more often if you do a lot of laundry.

Restoration & Biohazard Questions

Q. Help! My property has been damaged by a fire, flood, storm, or other disaster. What do I do?

A. Report the damage to your insurance company, and then call Clean Quest. Our restoration experts are equipped to remove water-, soot-, and smoke-damaged materials and to clean up the mess — and we can even handle any necessary renovations.

Q. Can I hire Clean Quest to test for mold in my home and then do the cleanup myself?

A. You can, but we don’t recommend it. Mold removal can be tricky, and you could help it spread if you don’t know what you’re doing. Our experienced professionals will mitigate the problem without making it worse.

Q. Why can’t I clean a trauma or crime scene myself?

A. Unfortunately, traumas often result in blood and bodily fluids, which are considered biohazards. That means that contact or improper cleaning can lead to contamination, infection or illness.
